I’m Tyler Culligan—a creative with a systems brain and a heart for helping teams deliver great work.

After over a decade in motion design, video production, and teaching, I’ve realized the part of the process I love most is production coordination—the quiet work of schedules, tracking, communication, and clarity. Whether I was leading a self-funded children’s puppet/animation show, teaching students how to plan and execute animated shorts, or managing deliverables for brands like Halo Top and Flora, I was already doing the work of a coordinator.

Now, I’m making that role official.

I’m actively pursuing animation production coordinator roles where I can support artists, producers, and pipelines with organization, communication, and a deep understanding of how creative work actually gets done. I still love storytelling—but what fuels me most these days is helping others tell theirs—on time, under pressure, and with joy.
